Kansas Signee Sherron Collins making waves at All-American Game

Sherron Collins has made waves at the McDonalds All-American Game, competing in the team ball and dunk competition. While he flopped in the team ball and lived up to his size (5'11'') in the dunk competition. Collins showed his multiple skills. Tonight he sets his eyes on the assist record owned by former KU player Jacque Vaughn.
13 assists in the all-american game is the record, Collins has proved he can score, he wants to control the teams tempo now.
Till next season......

Reflections of 2005-2006 Season

Reflecting on the 2005-2006 Kansas Jayhawk Season and brief post season, it as realized it was not a waste. The "baby hawks" surpassed all expectations and accomplished what some other great teams had failed to do.
The Hawks made one of the greatest regular season and Big 12 season comebacks, starting 3-4, and 1-2 in the big 12, the mainly freshman hawks stormed back to rise to 13th in the nation and Co-Champions of the Big 12 with Texas, and a unanimous victory in the Big 12 tournament. Led by Big 12 Coach of the Year Bill Self, and Big 12 Freshman of the Year Brandon Rush. The Jayhawks will storm the nation in the year(s) to come.
Chalmers will lead the team as an Aaron Miles type player, and with the hopeful signing of recruit Darrell Arthur, our big man presence will improve drastically. Without Arthur, Giles and Kaun will need to step up their game.
And Julian "Magic" Wright will show the nation the dominate athlete he is.
Till next season.....
